If you use BAF ERP (including Starter: Accounting + GST), we process the personal data you or your organisation give us so we can provide that product: name, work email, organisation, GSTIN and other tax identifiers you enter, login credentials, and records you create in the tenant (invoices, books, GST filings). We also process technical logs needed to keep the service up (IP, time, error traces). We do not use this data to sell ads.

Where we rely on consent, we will ask before or at the time we collect. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it by emailing the contact below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, or processing we must do to meet tax or accounting law.

We use processors only to run the product (hosting, email delivery, payment rails when those rails can actually charge). We do not sell personal data. Payment processing, when live, is Razorpay (INR) first; Stripe (USD) is secondary until that rail is Activated.

You may ask for a summary of your personal data we process, correction, completion, update, or erasure, and you may nominate someone to exercise those rights if you die or cannot act.

We will respond within 90 days. If that does not resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

BAF ERP is for businesses. We do not knowingly process personal data of children (under 18).

We keep data only as long as needed for the product and for Indian tax/company law, then delete or anonymise it. We use access control and backups on the live systems.
